Soy Isoflavones

What it is

Soy Isoflavones are dietary phytoestrogen polyphenols extracted from non-GMO soybeans (Glycine max). The primary naturally occurring forms are the glucoside conjugates genistin, daidzin, and glycitin. In dietary supplements, concentrated soy extract delivers these compounds to bind selectively to estrogen receptor-beta (ER-beta). By mimicking estrogen in target tissues like bone and vascular endothelium while acting neutrally or anti-estrogenically in breast tissue, soy isoflavones provide natural endocrine support for women during perimenopause and postmenopause.
